Built by Builders. Designed for Progress.

A construction worker cutting a wooden plank with a circular saw on a building site.

We created Birdog to solve one of construction’s oldest headaches; keeping subcontractors aligned, accountable, and on schedule.

After years in the field managing projects, coordinating trades, and chasing texts, we realized the problem wasn’t the people, it was the process.

So we built Birdog. A simple, automated scheduling tool that handles reminders, confirmations, and follow ups so you can focus on building, not babysitting schedules.

Mission

We believe better communication builds better projects.
Birdog automates what slows teams down — sending reminders, collecting confirmations, and logging delays — so project managers can see exactly where things stand in real time.
No confusion, no missed calls, no excuses. Just progress.

Story / Origin

Birdog was built by contractors who’ve lived the chaos — delayed pours, no-shows, unanswered texts.
We know how quickly one missed message can snowball into lost days and blown budgets.
That’s why Birdog works through simple text automation — no app installs, no complicated software — just clear communication that works the way crews already do.

Join the Movement

We’re launching soon - and we’re looking for forward-thinking builders, supers, PMs who want to lead the next generation of project management.
